R-LMA is an advanced small-to-medium mobile robot with an open architecture controller for surveillance, inspection, Explosive & Ordnance Disposal (EOD) and other hazardous tasks, and research and development (R&D).

The Open Computer Architecture is particularly well suited for research and development and for user-generated software applications.
