Responsibilities
- Management of System Engineering of Robotics and Automation projects
- Management of Mechatronics Design teams
- Leadership in comprehensive design services
- Leadership in conceptual systems design
- Cost control, human resource allocation, and monitoring of designs for conformance with budget estimates and project specifications.
The successful candidate will possess
- Advanced engineering degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 10+ years of experience in complex mechatronics system development
- Strong capability and track record in interaction with clients for business development
- Ability to lead effectively in a developmental environment
- A disciplined approach to development
- Self-motivation and strong commitment to achieving objectives
- Skills in human resource guidance on technical matters.
We are seeking a candidate with excellent English written and verbal communication skills who has worked in new technology development environments, has developed technical management skills, has excellent technical know-how in robotics, automation, and mechatronics, and is able to prioritize and accomplish a diverse set of responsibilities. Membership in PEO is desirable.

Active Material Systems Engineer

- Electromechanical system design experience (minimum 5 years)
- Develop and perform testing procedures.

This person should be able to work independently.
Duties
- Research, design and develop electromechanical systems
- Write and edit reports and technical publications

Blast Analysis Engineer

Experience Required
- Blast shock wave dynamics and analysis (explosion in air, oblique shock, shock reflection, oblique reflection, diffraction, concentration, shielding, internal blast loading, etc)
- Industrial experience (minimum 2 years) in blast analysis and modeling with FEA software.
We are seeking a candidate with excellent written and verbal communication skills who has worked within development processes, has excellent research and design skills, and is able to prioritize and accomplish a diverse set of responsibilities. This person should be organized and able to work independently.
Duties
- Participate in development, design, research, generation of documentation, coordinate reports requested, everyday resources
- Interact with the clients and major suppliers
- Source materials and components suppliers
- Write and edit technical publication content
